Internet Monitoring

Where and how the data is kept is vital in deciding what software to choose. Log files and server logs will perform analyses of monitored data. Also monitoring the number of hours spent by users on various Websites can determine the overall productivity of your business.

Indigo Scape Internet Monitoring and Security Logs record User Sessions and Internet Activity for Website requests and Downloads. Alerts can also be generated in the Security Alert Log about any suspicious Websites, User Activities or Policy violations. Log files can be viewed to monitor User Activities and exported to spreadsheets, printed or saved for later inspection.

Screen Capturing

Screen Capturing can capture Images of Websites and Users Browsing Activities if the option is Enabled on a certain Filter.

Capturing can be enabled on the following Filter types:-

Banned Website Filter
Content Filters
IP Filters

If the option is Enabled and a User navigates to a Website selected for Filtering the System will capture an Image of the Screen and save it to the Security Directory. The Images can then be viewed using the Screen Captures Explorer and used as evidence against the User if required.

Statistics and Reporting

Reports are ultimately the objective of Internet Monitoring applications. Reports can be used for legal purposes which is why you need to take them seriously. Indigo Scape provides advanced and detailed reporting allowing you see Internet usage in chart or HTML report formats.

Statistics and Reporting allows detailed reports and charts to be generated on all User activities on the Internet. Website hits and Downloads can be displayed in a meaningful format that can be printed or saved.

Reports and graphical charts give a detailed view showing ranking based on User or Website hits and Downloads. Administrators can monitor all Internet usage from the Internet Logs and view a snapshot of User activities with these advanced reporting features.
