If you are experiencing a problem or don't understand a feature of any service or product and your question is not answered in the FAQ section, please let us know.

Common Issues to Consider:-

1). Remote Access

Indigo Scape Remote Access requires Professional or Enterprise products be installed on Client Computers for Remote Connections from Indigo Scape Enterprise. Enterprise product has Remote Access Terminal only. Firewall rules must also be configured to allow Remote Access Ports.

2). Domain Installations

Windows NT Domain Installations may require local Administrator privileges. Check with the Network or Infrastructure manager.

Web Support Tickets

Use the Web Support Ticket and explain your problem in detail, so we can help you solve it.

Please note that support e-mails will not answered without a valid ticket number and you must allow up to 72 hours for a response.
